Zero charges before 3 hours of the scheduled trip
Less than 3 hours 50%
Less than 2 hours 75%
Less than 1 hour 100%

100% percent punctuality is ensured by the drivers with a follow-up call by Customer Care. Once the vehicle is dispatched an SMS is sent to the passenger’s mobile number with details of the Driver number and live location of the driver so that tracking can be done
